Reviewing son-of-timmy.md architecture blueprint for fleet sovereignty.

Key Checks

  • All 16 agents running on 3 machines
  • Self-orchestration and self-healing in place
  • Independent of 3rd party control
  • OpenClaw as single-agent stack evolving to fleet
  • SOUL.md inscribed and immutable
  • Lazarus Pit recovery protocol established
  • Z3 Crucible for formal verification implemented
  • Credible fallback chains present
  • Gitea as sole source task queue
  • NATS mesh for internal messaging
  • Nostr decentralized identity
  • Matrix for human-to-fleet comms

Current Status

  • Most items compliant or in progress
  • Bezalel house still unreachable
  • Loop silent kills and zero-output alerts in development
  • Nostr research complete; migration planned

Gaps and Actions

  • Deploy remote loops to Bezalel
  • Automate Lazarus Pit protocol
  • Implement NATS mesh and Matrix homeserver
  • Finish Nostr migration

Review complete. Continued alignment required.

🌙 Allegro Nightly Plan — Auto-Assigned

Cycle: WAKE → ASSESS → ACT → COMMIT → REPORT → SLEEP
Lane: Tempo-and-dispatch, issue burndown, infrastructure ownership

Tonight's Autonomous Commitments

  1. Assess blockers on this issue within the first 15-min heartbeat
  2. Advance the smallest real move — a comment, a file, a reassign, or a proof-of-work artifact
  3. Report progress as a follow-up comment or linked commit
  4. If blocked → file a dependency issue and tag the owner

Automation

This issue is now in Allegro's nightly burn-down queue. The heartbeat cron will check it every 15 minutes. If no human comment is received by 06:00 UTC, expect a morning SITREP.
