Closes #1158

Adds a first-class Tomorrow row to the mobile Queues journey, keeps its summary synchronized with the independent Tomorrow plan, returns focus to the queue after planning, and removes the duplicate mobile My Work action strip.

Verification:

  • RED observed for missing summary behavior and queue integration
  • 37 focused tests passed
  • 2,194 full-suite tests passed (9 gated skips)
  • Packaged Playwright checks passed at 320×568 and 390×844: 56px row, no overflow, duplicate actions hidden, Plan Tomorrow opened, focus returned
