What changed

  • warm bounded, allowlisted requested-review details with Today offline readiness
  • open saved diffs, prior review context, and SHA-scoped drafting in the mobile review sheet
  • disable offline submission and revalidate the current review head on reconnect
  • ship the changed browser assets atomically in shell cache v44

Verification

  • strict RED/GREEN focused tests for review storage and offline opening
  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 663 passed
  • Chromium 390×844 rendered flow — full-width sheet, diff/inline draft persisted, submit disabled with reconnect guidance, zero page errors
