Summary

  • queue complete SHA-bound pull-request reviews from cached mobile review sheets
  • deliver through the account-bound authored outbox and bounded Background Sync with stable idempotency
  • preserve changed drafts, surface stale/invalid reviews in Drafts, and prevent blind stale retries

Tests

  • pytest -q — 806 passed
  • node --check on changed frontend modules

Closes #419
