What changed

derive review eligibility from the authoritative pull request and confirmed operator login
turn requested-review Search previews into a touch-safe Review now handoff
open the existing native review route without assignment mutation
replace the preview history entry so Back returns directly to Search

Verification

RED observed: requested-review preview test failed with missing reviewable contract
focused: 45 passed
full suite: 1497 passed
core runtime gzip: 100352 bytes (98 KiB ceiling)
