Closes #925

Completes the delegated mobile Filed-review loop when the linked child is the final parent checklist task. The flow now confirms the destructive transition, performs the revision-checked parent update, confirms parent closure, and only then acknowledges the child. Parents with remaining checklist work preserve the existing update-only behavior; already-completed final tasks skip duplicate content mutation.

Tests: pytest -q tests/test_my_work.py (303 passed); pytest -q (1778 passed, 1 skipped).
