Outcome

Create one auditable package for the release decision.

Acceptance criteria

Manifest includes commit, model/data versions, test receipts, security findings, licenses, known limitations, rollback, and artifact hashes.
Clean-checkout build and complete media decode pass.
Release stays blocked until the explicit approval checkbox is recorded.

#40 — Execute security, abuse, load, and medical-image leakage tests
#38 — Run a bounded private beta and synthesize correction/friction evidence

Required evidence

Test or executable receipt attached to the issue/PR
Privacy/safety boundary checked where applicable
Clean checkout and relevant full suite pass

Delivery

Open a focused branch and PR with Closes #ISSUE. Do not include real medical images in issue comments or Git history.
