Outcome

Update the approved film only after the real release path is stable.

Acceptance criteria

Footage is recorded from the release candidate, not a mock.
Consent, suggestion, correction, abstention, manual fallback, and serious safety state are shown accurately.
Final 9:16 video decodes completely and has a recorded SHA-256.

#42 — Produce RC evidence manifest and explicit approval checklist

Required evidence

Test or executable receipt attached to the issue/PR
Privacy/safety boundary checked where applicable
Clean checkout and relevant full suite pass

Delivery

Open a focused branch and PR with Closes #ISSUE. Do not include real medical images in issue comments or Git history.
