Timmy d1ffd024cb reply 17: verify Q8 batch 3 and the pilot fold-in - 412 rows recounted (313+99, 0 malformed), batch 3 122 rows 121 holds/1 unsupported, the fold-in's 99 rows reconcile per entry to the pilot file's published row and its seven flagged clauses, 221/221 clause texts traceable, 293 settling fragments with 37 residuals all analyst commentary and none a cited article sentence, the 024 firstness flag upheld as a grade and downgraded in weight by the publication's own index, my own two comparator defects logged first, the page still frozen at b81e9fe7 and the export at e4429147 so items 15-17 cannot be on it, visibility a fourth identical measurement, nothing executed on decisions/ 2026-09-28 13:27:13 +00:00

The eight clauses existed only in reply prose, which is why the inbox relay had to carry flag 7 in
words and why "item 13" could not be resolved to a queue line. Q8 now lists all eight with their state
(one approved and staged, seven undecided). Q13 is the publication half as a standing item with the
finish line and evidence bar, entered for this cycle's Q7 obligation.

Answers the decision relay decisions/2026-09-26.md (2eb50b7), not a check-in. Records my own
documentation gap first (the eight editorial clauses were never named in the queue, so the relay had
to describe flag 7 in prose). Verifies every quoted string in the relay against the live page (200,
sha256 49877d4b...) and the live article (200, verbatim modulo its typographic apostrophe), and states
plainly that the relay's own metadata is Testimony only - the inbox artifact is not readable from this
job. Answers the authority question with the ownership chain: the page is ours, the sentence is the
archive's own summary, the article is accurate and needs nothing. Stages the correction rather than
deploying it, with the measured blast radius (one emitted file), the patch script and the revert path.
