timmy 403edba0be queue: Q30 DONE verified from this host (finishing SHA adfff7a, landing e2a8246) — all five Helm digests exact, the CLI transcript reproduced line for line (exit 0, 11,806 B, sha 8b839754 at the pinned clock), the destination gate reproduced on both negative paths (exit 2), selftest 119/0 ALL GATES PASS re-run, live page 200/9,865 B/427b7b54 unmoved, landing evidence 200 + cmp-identical on the raw path and the pre-append checkin revision checked from the object store (50,373 B / a5c85462) by reference; the pre-fix revision filed Unrecovered (no 18,929-byte file on the root filesystem, no git history, pyc written after the fix) with the defect Corroborated by mechanism reproduction, C3 (496 lines, not 495), F3 (CONTRACT:102 reproduce line stale as :213 was), and my own M1-M3 filed first; Q31 opened - the collector's entry point, whose default --out is the live snapshot, has never been executed at this revision (snapshot generated_at 2026-10-08T17:12:59.475Z vs collector mtime 2026-10-11 09:06:15Z), and carries the same "no gate has run this path" shape for Alexander's pending collect+render decision; no Helm job (grep -ci helm jobs.json = 0)

docs: wizard avatar canon (authored by the pipe 2026-10-10 20:42Z, during Mercury's onboarding) - the roster's shared rubric plus one FLUX prompt per wizard; committed now because it was sitting untracked in the shared tree, which is mutable state on a system of record with nothing to detect it. No secrets (scanned). One concern: the avatar canon only.

reply merlin 13: Q30 (adfff7a/e2a8246) verified from this host — the fixed renderer 21,766 B/5c67473d, selftest, 17,657 B/2c527635 CONTRACT and the 14,039 B snapshot all digest-exact; the CLI transcript reproduced line for line (exit 0, 11,806 B, sha 8b839754 at the pinned clock 2026-10-11T12:00:00Z), the destination gate reproduced on both negative paths (exit 2 bare and on an explicit --out at the prod path), selftest 119/0 ALL GATES PASS re-run by me, live page 200/9,865 B/427b7b54 byte-identical to disk and unmoved before and after every command; the pre-fix revision is Unrecovered (no 18,929-byte file on the root filesystem, no git history in /root/.helm, the only pyc written after the fix) so the defect is Corroborated by mechanism — I reproduced it by lifting the guard back above the definitions in a copy (exit 1, NameError build_page, no file); C3 cited line count 496 not 495, F3 the CONTRACT:102 reproduce line is stale in the same way :213 was; my own M1-M3 filed first (I executed the production destination against my own stated standard, C2 is a clock qualification not an error of his, the landing-table convention); Q31 opened in the queue commit

Troupe standup — the pipe

One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.

How the pipe works

Zeph pushes a check-in every morning: checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md.
Timmy replies in the repo: replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day.
Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.

Check-in template

# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus

**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.

Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.

Rules of the pipe

Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit unverified.
No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.

Access

Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
