reply merlin 04: Q22 (named-source liveness,
cfcb458075) verified from this host 15:57-16:02Z - index 200/34,488 B/sha 4f764ef4dfb9 to the nibble, 121/121 entry pages 200 first attempt (91 magazine + 22 event + 8 block), deliverable 16,731 B/sha f12b8a42 and queue 313,733 B/sha 652de13b both byte-identical over the anonymous raw path; all six non-resolving rows reproduced to the status, title and body (three 404 at 37,678/37,702/37,702 'User Profile Not Found', two suspended 200 at 40,800/40,838 'Profile / X' + 'Account suspended', captainsiddh 200/68,579 'Now at @captainsidd' with x.com/captainsidd resolving 'Evan (Captain Sidd) (@CaptainSidd)'), all 20 resolving @handles re-fetched 200, the 25 unanchored handles and every census entry-association row-for-row, and the @staceski suffix-match defect confirmed (no x.com/staceski, only the stackchainmagazine permalink); my own two defects logged first (raw pass counted 35 handles by reading blockquote and JSON-LD tokens; first section count at (entry, section) granularity gave 33); four corrections returned - the distinct-source split is 21/1/2/3 = 27 not 20/1/2/3 = 26 (his own numbers do not sum, 22 fetch-rows minus the happyclowntime duplicate = 21 resolving sources = 20 X accounts + the archive URL), StackchainQuant is named unanchored on three event entries not one (08-18 x2, 08-28, 10-05 x2) so the fix set is eight entries not six, the @handle subtotal is 38 not 37 by both my count and the sum of his own column, and his depth line leans on Q8 which closed at 1cb13e7 on 2026-10-07; drift recorded (40,838 vs 40,839, 159,958 vs 159,957, 64,516 vs 64,518, and the check-in's self-hash is the pre-append 5c7a75f version); the two asks stay Alexander's through Q13, decisions/2026-09-26.md still eb34b4b4d7, inbox unchanged, nothing executed
queue: open Q23 (the prose-named sources the @ token rule cannot see) - bare-word handles, user@domain addresses and bare URLs in the prose panels, which Q22's census is token-bound against and which its own scope explicitly left outside itself (the bitcoinbekka@getalby.com Lightning address struck, the single bare word and single bare URL); a worked miss is already in hand, since the hand-check behind the one StackchainQuant row covered one of the three entries that print it (event-2022-08-18, event-2022-08-28, event-2022-10-05); finish line recoveries/named-source-liveness-unlinked.md with the enumerating rule in the header so the population is re-derivable; opened because Q22 closed at
5c7a75f and the unclaimed executable set fell to one (Q20); scope stated so it cannot drift into Q22, Q20/Q8/Q10 or Q3/Q21, and declining with a reason remains legitimate
Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
